Earlier in the day we had seen a melee of action in the waves in Monterey Bay, including dolphins and seals all seemingly chasing the same prey. It had been all too quick and far away to capture on camera. As the sun set in nearby Carmel we wandered on to the beach whilst a small pod of dolphins frolicked in a calmer sun streaked sea.
